Our Content Practices
The articles and compilations on Game Style are written for this site. Game names and trademarks referenced across the site belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification. If any material on this site is believed to infringe a copyright, we will address it promptly upon proper notice.
Filing a Copyright Complaint
If you believe that content on Game Style infringes your copyright, please send us a notice through our contact page including the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The exact URL on gamestyle.org where the material appears
- Your name, email address, and a way to contact you
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
Our Response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question in a timely manner. We may also contact you for clarification if the notice is incomplete.
Counter-Notices
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice through the same contact page with an explanation and supporting details, and we will review it in good faith.
